With over 30 years in Colorado’s water and water rights industry, Tommy brings unmatched knowledge of:

- Reservoir permitting and capture strategies
His experience navigating the complexities of Colorado’s priority system ensures that every project begins with legally defensible water.
Chris Zadel — Utility Construction Expert
As president of an 80-man utility contracting company, Chris understands the real costs and logistics of moving water by pipe. His expertise includes:
- Permanent pipeline construction
- Temporary aboveground pipe and lay-flat hose systems
- Pumping, flow-rate, and pressure considerations
- Field level feasibility and cost modeling
